Community feature go-to-market launch

I managed the messaging & positioning arm of all features, developing product stories that are benefit driven and value focused. Here is an example of the cornerstone piece of content for the community feature go-to-market campaign, where I managed the creation and delivery of all community related content including the blog post, feature page, internal messaging guide, GTM trainings, email campaigns, social and UX copy.

Selling platform migration capabilities

As a founding PMM I also led the research arm to bring customer centricity at the forefront of our product and marketing strategies. I conducted customer and win/loss research into Uscreen’s migration capabilities to help the sales & marketing teams leverage it as a competitive advantage. I worked cross functionally with the growth, sales, migration, and content teams to produce sales enablement material and new marketing pages, leveraging this service as a competitive advantage.
